Dear Friends and Patrons of LNAA!

We are very happy to announce a significant milestone for our Charity Foundation «Friends of LNAA».

On November 16th, 2023, we signed a cooperation agreement with the prestigious American charitable foundation «Ukraine Assistance Fund». 

The «Ukraine Assistance Fund» exists to provide the opportunity to give charitable assistance to LNAA and its mission in Ukraine. Because it was created by the Association of Charities of Ukraine, it has a unique ability to distribute funds and efforts to all the areas they are needed. It was founded in 2011 in Kyiv, uniting 49 organizations and philanthropists, as well as hundreds of partners with different areas of charitable work.

For LNAA, the Ukraine Assistance Fund specifically benefits IDP students, scholarships, projects and needed capital improvements to accommodate the over 200 additional students we at LNAA have taken in from conflict areas due to russian aggression and destruction of academies of art. It provides you, our Friends and Patrons, a direct opportunity to financially support our vital projects, and especially our most precious resource, our students.

Because of you and your generosity, together with the «Ukraine Assistance Fund», we can act more effectively to aid the Lviv National Academy of Arts in implementing its strategic mission through funding educational, artistic, research, communication, and infrastructure programs. Our shared beliefs and desire to support the development of cultural and exhibition projects by Ukrainian artists have brought us into this partnership.

Most importantly, our collaboration will streamline charitable contributions from American patrons, as our partner, the «Ukraine Assistance Fund» will handle payments and act as our counterpart in the United States.

We are most grateful for this unique opportunity to enhance our ability to collectively create meaningful art and to influence culture, as LNAA continues to provide excellence in education and leadership.
